Last night we did a 2-hour seminar at The Center for Communications in NYC.
When we first arrived at the School of Visual Arts on W23rd Street we were astonished to see that there were massive crowds milling about outside, police, kleig lights and paparrazi.
Woah! I thought. NYVS has finally taken off big time.
No such luck
It turns out Angelina Joie was also opening her film that night at the SVA. They have two theaters.
We got the other one.
Never the less, despite such fierce compeititon, we got more than 450 New Yorkers for our 'How To Start Your Own Production Company' seminar.

(and I think we signed up quite a few new member for nyvs!)
There's no question in my mind that there's a big appetite for this subject and the questions went on and on.
I think, come the New Year, we are going to run an all-day seminar workshop on this.
