An insight into the next generation of online video TV
A few years ago I was on a panel at the Concentra Awards with the guys from Vice Magazine.
They were smart, hip, edgy and very driven to change the nature of media.
At that time they were talking about launching an online TV/cable service - free, and without the cable.. or the TV for that matter.
Now they've done it.
And it's pretty good.
And they're really just getting started.
My friend Ted Stroll turned me on to this in response to my posting about the predictable crap TV producers who won the DuPonts. Same old, same old - 60 Minutes, 20/20. They could have been the nominees from 1973.

The whole thing reminds me of what Richard Branson would be doing today if he were in his 20s.
And he did OK.
