Nice work. The flow of the story was nice. I like the colors and variety you used. Maybe a bit more about what the show is could improve the story.

@travelbug....Thanks a lot! As I never know exactly what I'm going to encounter at an event, some of the narration is scripted while I'm shooting. I make audio notes on a digital recorder in between shooting then write the balance of it while editing.

I especially like how effortlessly you weaved your narration throughout your piece? Was that scripted prior to shooting, or did you narrate as you watched a roughcut?

@topcraig....Thanks! Because I love to travel, I started going to the show several years ago. Last year I got into the show with a media pass to cover the event for a local newspaper that a friend of mine owns. Now that I'm on their media list, I'm invited to cover the event for my own brand (skipboldenimages).

Great opportunity to cover the LA Times Travel Show. This type of convention would fit in to a travel journalist's area of operation obviously. How did you become involved with this particular event? Great video, by the way.
