I know a ton of real estate agents and to be honest most of them would prefer NOT to do much selling, they would rather write offers and collect commission checks. Anything that can help an agent save time and let them deal with the most interested prospects is golden. Helpful Not Helpful

I will take a look at the videos asap. (after dinner). I went to CORE with the idea of using them as a kind of nexus for videos to sell real estate. Let them help create training videos for NYVS and make the grads available to CORE. They freaked. Helpful Not Helpful

Selling is a skill,we or you sell the sizzle(the video to get them to the house)they the real estate agent sell the steak(the house)we work together,so we are not in competition with them just a selling tool to help them Helpful Not Helpful

I took the concept to CORE who are in NY and are on HGTV on Selling NY. I thought they would like the idea but they were concerned that it would take them out of the equation. I think your insight is valuable as we try and sell this Helpful Not Helpful

I just finished my second video and got paid 500 hundred dollars again, this is easy money for 4 hours work. The top end of the market will pay for quality video ,I don't even do a voice over,they like my work because I only show the best shots of house and it is making people want to look at the house,my job is not to sell the house,just to get people to go look ,its then up to the real estate agent to sell.The quality of these videos that are been posted is high,but they are trying to sell the house ,thats not the object.
