Hi Tunguy, the vertical split isn't very obvious in this example, but your image will be split as soon as you click the "Show Split" box so that it's checked. This view just allows for comparison between your correction and your original image, as you work. It will go away as soon as you either click on the "Show Split" box, so that it's unchecked, or when you go back to your Edit workspace. So to answer your question, the correction will apply to the 'other half', or 'reference half' as soon as you leave the Effects workspace.

you never said what happens to the vertical split you made.Does the correction apply to one half and the automatically adjust the other half? If so when?
