I have to say that when I started in this profession, I was fast with a mouse, and didn't notice a difference with using the shortcut keys and stuff, now that I have been slowed by Parkinson's, these tips about hot keys really save a lot of time and energy, enabling me to work as fast as I did ten years ago.
