I just want to know how to edit Beat Music Video? What we should keep in mind to avoid Jerks or not to go out of beat?? Thanks in advance. I'm using FCP

A nice easy way to edit to the beat of the music is to choose the "View Audio Waveforms" in your timeline. You can see the 'peaks' of the beat. Once you've found the beats, you can also place a 'marker' at those points on the timeline by pressing the "M" key on your keyboard. There aren't any rules for transitions and effects. The best rule of thumb is to see what works for your video, by trying a bunch of them out. Hope this helps! 2 :

1st of all thanks for the reply & really very sorry for my bad English. I'm from India. I'm using FCP. I want to be professional in Music Video editing. So I just want to know basics, grammar, rules and tips & tricks of music Video Editing. Like how to match sync & cuts on beat, Necessary transitions & effects?
