I uploaded a trial video on to pinnacle studios HD Ultimate Collection and when I played the video, the audio did not match up with the visual. It was going faster than the visual and after all the audio was done the visual just stopped without finishing. Does anyone know what the problem is, or how to fix this??? Thank you.

Hi Laura, If you go to the Audio Settings menu in your camera, it should tell you which one it's set to. It should be set to 48khz.

how do I tell which one it is??? it was just a video from my video camera, is there something on the camera that would tell me??? thank you for your reply

Hi Laura, What format is the trial video that you are playing in Pinnacle Studio? Do you know if the audio is 34khz, 44.1khz or 48khz?
