This is important for every aspect of film or video making, and getting a huge deduction on your taxes is a nice bonus at the end of the year!

don't forget to make copies of receipts since a lot of them are printed on thermal paper!

Also a good idea to keep the record keeping system organized with the mountain of invoices is to glue them in an A4 sheet, so you will be able to archive all the records well organized like you would do it in a photo album. An accountant told me this, and is works fantastic, especially at the end of the financial year when is time to declare your tax.

i put the money in the envelope (example) i put 50 dolors a day for that shoot food water ext and wen its done well thats all folks lol intill the next day) it really works good for us
