Great info Michael. I have been on shoots when someone will approach us and say "I don't want to be on camera" or even someone in the background when shooting outdoors will say "I don't want to be seen in your film" Michael you should mention that when you shoot in public places and people in the background have no rights to object your shooting as in public places people cannot have expectations of privacy.
