I believe it is possible to have both music and narration: first add your video and music or narration in the place desired on the storyboard. Then save your project as a 'movie' in the setting required. Next open a new project and click to add video to the story board. Load the movie you previously saved. This will load as a video in the storyboard. You can then add the other music/narration over this.
