How do you combine two or more projects together in Pinnacle studio 14 without making a movie out of each project and then combining the movies int one?
The easy way is to copy one project and paste it to a new one.
To do this, follow these steps.
1: Start with the project you want to copy.
2: Drag the mouse over the whole timeline and then right click the mouse on the highlighted area and chose copy.
3: Go to file open project, chose the project you want to paste the previous video into.
4: Select the point on the timeline in the video you would like the project to go into.
5: Save the project.
This method works best with projects that are not very complicated. The other method is to render the projects to MPEG files, then combine them.
1: With this method you can start with either file. Remove any menus because they will become part of the video when you render it to a file.
2: Go to make move, chose file and select MPEG 2 DVD compatible. (Assuming you will make a DVD of the two projects, if not chose the format that best suits your project needs.)
3: Once the file is done rendering, open the project you want to combine the file with.
4: Use the folder icon to browse the video tab to the location of your project that is now a file.
5: Once it is done detecting scenes drag them down to the timeline.
