hello everyone.
for x-mas i got my very own canon 60D. the camera is awesome more than what i expected. im going to put the panasonic DVX 100B to sleep for a while. the only problem im having is converting my HD 1080P Footage for final cut express i shot some footage at 24p. i was told to use this program called mpeg stream clip. im just so lost on the settings someone please help i have some awesome footage to put up on NYVS...LOL looking forward to your suggestion to solving this PROBLEM...
Hello-
Choose File-Export-Quicktme- In the window you want to use Apple Intermediate Codec for compression. Frame Size-if you shot in full HD mode then leave it unscaled. Put in the Frame rate you used. Uncheck the the interlace and/or the deinterlace boxes. Click make movie. I use a Canon 550D and 7D and with FCE and it works fine.
