hi there, here is another question, do I have to fit the pictures and the video clips within the safe margins of the viewer panel and if so within the 1st or second one? what do these margins correspond to exactly ? thanks for answering.

The inside line represents the "Title-safe" area, meaning that any text that you create that is outside this box may be cut off. The outside box is the "Video-safe" area, which means that any video that is outside this box will not be seen. Remember that these guides are for broadcast only and don't apply to video that is intended to be viewed on the web.
