Thread : Cam Stabilizer for events

I'm choosing equipment to start shooting events (weddings, birthdays, etc) What are the best stabilizers for these events? I was recommended the Steadicam Merlin 2 for my Canon 60D, which I use to shoot. I tried a Glidecam 4000 Pro and I didn't like the results.

Any recommendations?
