It's a bit random, but again, could be interesting. There is an 18 and under category and there's potential to make a couple hundred $$.

I've found sites like http://www.elogocontest.com/ good for design competitions. as far as I know, there aren't really any that are this clean yet for video. I'm sure a ton are in the pipeline, though.
