I'm a one-woman creative staff for a environmental advocacy non-profit in Indiana. I've been charged with creating compelling, educational videos that inspire people to take action on the topics of green energy, sustainable agriculture, 21st century transportation, coal ash, etc.

Are there any courses out there that would cover this type of  call-to-action filmmaking? All suggestions very welcome!

Hi HoosierEC, there are a number of courses that can improve the way you approach this range of subject matter. The best place for you to start would be with the 'Storytelling' series. This series will help you learn everything from how to choose your camera angles and find a compelling story for your audience, to how to use images and be a better reporter. There are great stories to be told in this kind of filmmaking I'm eager to see your future videos!
