Topic : How long should a video home tour ideally be?

I'm trying to figure out how long I should make my home tour videos. I want to give people enough to make a decision, but not too much so that I bore the hell out of them.

Howdy! I am just getting into the real estate video production business. I was a realtor in the 1960's. I am thinking about making my videos as a 2 parter. First part is a 30 second over view of the property and the listing. Then the part 2 OPTION to view a 5 minute in depth coverage of all of the specifics about the listing. This way customers could do a short browse and then a closer look!! Feedback please?? wildlifeman.
