JC PowerHouse Short Film Festival, a fun outdoors film festival, taking place Sept.30th-Oct.2nd, 2011 in Jersey City, is accepting short film submissions. It is FREE to submit!
Deadline to submit is Sept.16th, 2011.
We are accepting short films 30 mins or under that are:
-Narraration
-Animation
-Documentary
