We shot this three days out of spring break, with some of my favorite people. A short recap I shot and edited for my church covering an annual Thanksgiving banquet we do for our community in the San Francisco Bay Area. The video was shot with a canon HDSLR with vintage lenses (Helios 44m, Minolta 50mm Prime, Vivitar 70-210) and the Tokina 11-16. The background instrumental music is from coldplay (The scientist). The mic I used was a Rode Video mic directly into the camera. It would have been better for me to use a lav for cleaner audio.

This was a 30 second spot recorded for an online contest.
This was last minute and rushed. So much so, It was due hours from shooting. To make matters more difficult My battery died & I was w/o a backup. Luckily, my sister who was visiting on vacation had a g5 macbook handy. So I recorded all the audio and video through the isight camera and built in mic.

The client requested to shoot a video profile to help her with expanding her marketing to other organizations and wanted a personal feel to the finished piece. We collaborated on the project and the end result uses a mix of b/w
Production Specifics: All production was done solo - ie; I managed both cameras and audio as well as interviewing the subject.

This mixed media piece was shot for the School Garden Project, a local non-profit that works with elementary school children to create, maintain and teach the students about gardening. They learn where their food comes from, biology and a sense of working together. 10 minutes in length, this advocacy piece combines video interviews, stills and audio narratives to provide a positive reason to support teaching children where food comes from.

I was at a Chilli Cook off and all I had was my iphone, so I went ahead and made a video with it. The audio is a little tough at some spots but the video looks pretty good.
