This is very impressive Bevan and it looks like you've had a lot of experience and got some great equipment. The shooting and lighting are really good and the style of editing works very well however the biggest issue you have is almost throughout the entire video you use the same two shots...a close up of the face and a wide shot which makes it very repetitive for the viewer and claustrophobic. Shooting and editing sequences would give you a better arc of story and make the viewer feel as though they were going somewhere.
