I think you're at the beginning of something cool here Emanon but it needs work. The opening graphic is great but it's up way too long. Viewers don't hang around so cut to your opening shot about 3" sooner. I understand this is your artistic vision but I presume you want people to watch your videos otherwise why else would you make them so I think you have to lose the opening shot because as beautiful as it is and as much as it relates to the title of the film it has absolutely nothing to do with what the video is about. One of your best shots is the close-up at 01':25" and also at 00:23"; Djgregallen is right you need lots more shots like this then you wouldn't need to dip to black each time you cut from a wide to a wide. With so many long wide shots it's very difficult to up the pacing of this video but if you had shot more sequences and in particular more close-ups you'd be able to cut it to a much faster music track and it would be interesting to see the results.

the footage is great and the subject plays some cool tricks, there is however not a lot of story to relate to. If you would have the subject doing some soundbites or doing a short interview at the beginning or the end it would engage the viewer much more. now they are just some cool images, and they question for the viewer remains: who is this guy what or why is he there fore. If you as a filmer are able to make a emotional connection with the viewer this clip would change from great footage to a great clip. 1 : Helpful Not Helpful
