Profile piece I did for work on a basketball coach. I'm always trying to improve my skills. Since we don't get critiques as much any more, any comments and suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!!

NYVS Critique
This is a very watchable video Moonunit; you have a good character, it's nicely shot and edited. It can be tough to make the character tell the story as you do here and even though she's a great talker I still feel some narrative would have helped explain the story to someone like me who's watching this for the first time and doesn't know anything about the coach or the team. Also this piece would benefit enormously from some close-up shots, I know these can be tough to get when the team is playing if you don't have the right camera but some sequences of the coach working with the team during practice would have allowed you to get those shots. Also some embedded soundbites of the coach rather than the sit down interview would give the viewer more of a sense of being there.
