You have a good story here Nick and a good character and we know audiences love videos about food and eating out. I think your biggest issue is the camera moves really detract from what would otherwise be a very professional looking product. You need to shoot sequences and believe me it will make the editing so much easier. In terms of the storytelling you need to start with your best and most interesting shot and that is definitely not the outside of the restaurant. You only have a few seconds to grab the viewer and it's 14 seconds before we even see the food. Your best shots are the close-ups in the kitchen so start there and then introduce us to Lou. I think this video would benefit from some tightening up as it feels about a minute too long. The sweet spot for online video is really one to two minutes.

Thank you, gibb88! Glad the video made you hungry!!! I think a wide-angle lens would really help with the camera movement when I'm shooting handheld. There's also a shoulder mount called a Spiderbrace that I should get. Helpful Not Helpful

Great Video Nick. I agree with Lisa the camera movement detract from the video. But it looks really good and now it just made me hungry.LOL Helpful Not Helpful
