You made a very impressive video here Nils, obviously the content is very compelling but also it's very professionally put together. Here are some tips for ways in which you can make this even more powerful. First when you interview people or get soundbites from them make sure they look directly into the camera. Old fashioned rules of making television were that the person should look to the left or right of the frame depending on where the "reporter" was standing. This doesn't work. The easiest way is for you to be behind the camera so they look at you but are effectively looking directly into the lens which makes a much stronger connection with the viewer. Secondly, try cutting this with narration. The problem with relying on the doctor to tell the story is it makes it really long and narration would help you to compress the story and tell it more succinctly. Finally don't use the camera moves, much better to shoot sequences like the one you have of the doctor scrubbing her hands.
