First real estate video. Would you want to live in this house, does this video make you want to look at this property
All feed back welcome
PS The client wanted soft and romantic,
Nothing about the video quality, but the first zoom out feel a little bit long, also i think it will be nice with 3 steady video and 2-3 pans together, coz to much pan doesn't make u feel a peaceful place , it just showing what this room have got , music was excellent chosed.

You might have solved some lighting issues by doing the exteriors during the daylight and the interiors at dusk or night with some added light you brought along. I don't care for any panning. It seems like you are not making any decisions for the viewer about which are the best aspects of the place. You could have some action by getting close on running water from the tub, leaves in the breeze and/ or flickering candles. That would be better than a pan. Instead of emphasizing the angles of the rooms and the sense of space, I felt you were showing off the furniture too much. Think about what it's like to walk into a room full of furniture and imagine it empty. Furniture present should seem like just a suggestion and not the star. The music seemed appropriate for the style of the house. Other possible appropriate activity for this sort of music: smoke rising from a barbeque, bubbles rising in some alcoholic drink without a visible brand. Nice macro shots to break up backed away stuff

I love the use of lighting in this video. The late afternoon shadows give a wispy almost melancholy fe3el to this piece. I loved the exterior shots and the use of the music as a moving focal point throughout this piece. Great Job.
