You have some lovely material here Hector, it's a nice simple story and telling it through the children is a good idea. Let's talk first about the open. I think you have much better opening shots than the one you used. For example the shot at 2':33 is much more intriguing to me as a viewer than just the shot of fireworks exploding. Secondly you have some audio issues; when you're recording soundbites like the one you have at 0':26" you need to be much closer to your subject if you're going to rely on the camera mic. Also when you're adding voice over to your stories you need to make sure the b-roll sound is lowered enough to hear the narration. Finally some feedback on the shooting, it works much better when you shoot still than when you move the camera.
