Interesting video and good topic however, the camera does need to be more steady with less use of zooming while shooting. I find that if is necessary to zoom in on subject that it's best done in the editing.

I'm not a fan of the jerky camera motion. It distracts me from whatever the story is about. Tripods, SteadiCams and other tools make it so much easier to watch.
